A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and highly decorated Chicago Police Sergeant, Frank brings more than 27 years of investigative and law enforcement experience to every aspect of the company.
Throughout his distinguished career, Frank has led specialized investigative units, supervised elite law enforcement teams, and currently serves on the ATF HIDTA Task Force within the Bureau of Counter-Terrorism, where he holds a Secret Security Clearance. His expertise spans executive protection, threat assessment, criminal investigations, and high-risk operations, providing clients with a level of leadership rarely found in the private security industry.
Frank's dedication to service has earned him more than 200 commendations, including the Illinois State Police Medal of Honor and the Chicago Police Medal of Valor. In 2020, he was wounded in the line of duty while apprehending a murder suspect—an experience that further reflects his courage, resilience, and lifelong commitment to protecting others.

Joseph serves as Director of Security Operations, bringing more than 27 years of distinguished law enforcement experience and military service to the organization. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran, he has dedicated his career to protecting communities through investigative excellence, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to public safety.
Throughout his law enforcement career, Joseph held numerous specialized assignments, including serving on the FBI Gang Task Force and as a Homicide Detective, where he investigated complex, high-profile criminal cases and collaborated with federal, state, and local agencies. His extensive experience in criminal investigations, threat assessment, and operational planning has equipped him with the expertise to effectively identify risks, develop proactive security strategies, and lead teams in high-pressure environments.
Joseph's leadership philosophy is rooted in accountability, integrity, and professionalism. He believes that exceptional security begins with careful planning, highly trained personnel, and strong client relationships. His hands-on approach ensures that every security operation is tailored to meet each client's unique needs while maintaining the highest standards of service and reliability.

Sabrina serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources, bringing more than 30 years of executive experience in accounting, finance, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has played an instrumental role in building and supporting organizations through strategic financial planning, operational oversight, and business development.
Her expertise includes budgeting, financial analysis, cost accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and corporate financial management. In addition to her financial leadership, Sabrina has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance, and organizational development. Her ability to align financial strategy with workforce management has made her a trusted leader across both disciplines.
Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Dominican University. With a commitment to operational excellence and long-term growth, she provides the financial and organizational leadership that supports the company's continued success

She leads the marketing and communications efforts at Blue Spire Security. She is a senior at the University of Illinois Chicago studying Marketing and Promotions with a concentration in Digital Marketing and a minor in Business Analytics. A Second Lieutenant in the Army National Guard and Military Police Officer with five years of service, Nicolle uses strategic marketing to strengthen the Blue Spire brand, she brings leadership, innovative and strategic thinking to helping Blue Spire continue to grow.
